Janice Weaver, Founder

Janice founded One Body Networking in 2013 after a near-death experience caused by a rare blood disorder, Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia Purpura (TTP). After being hospitalized and receiving several thousand platelets during treatment, she felt compelled to give back by hosting blood drives.

n June 2025, her husband was diagnosed with a rare heart condition called ATTR Amyloidosis. As a result, One Body Networking’s blood drives will now raise awareness for both TTP and ATTR Amyloidosis.

Not only can one donor save up to three lives, but these events also bring the community together and provide scholarships to help students with college expenses.
